Feeling ‘22
I don’t know about you… but I’m feeling 22!
There’s so much pressure at every new year to come up with resolutions and plans for how you want your future to be. There isn’t really anything wrong with that, but I usually take all of January to fully get my thoughts together. Partly because I am a perfectionist in denial, but mostly I’ve been working on truly understanding whether the goals I set for myself are actually for me or what I think other people expect of me. Today, we’re not going to get that deep haha! However, I am sharing my 2022 Vision Board.
My feelings about this year are very good. The past 2 and half years have been wonderful learning lessons. There were a few lessons helped me learn what I needed to be happy and I honestly felt last year went much better because of it.
My 2022 Goals:
Daily Habits - This year I would like to be more kind to myself with positive self talk and daily affirmations to remind myself that I am capable of anything I set my mind to.
Relationships - I want to be more vulnerable and allow myself to build more meaningful connections.
Career - My focus is to get more involved leadership opportunities and expanding my talents to support my promotion goals.
Learning & Knowledge - I would like to get back to becoming more fluent in French and I’ve also been wanting to start playing violin again.
Family & Friends - Spending more time with my lovely grandma and setting up more social gathering with friends is the plan!
Health & Wellness - I want to focus on reducing my anxiety and I want to be more mindful/present.
Financial - I am hoping to buy a house by next spring!
Hobbies & Experiences - I want to go to more concerts in 2022 which might hopefully lead to more travel!
My Word for the Year…
is Trust. I want to trust in myself, I want to put trust in the process to being my best self, I want to trust that what ever happens for a reason, I want to trust that everything is going to be okay.
Did you make a vision board this year? Let me know what goals you have and we can motivate each other. 🖤
